Using the service

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for users, WhatsApp numbers, messages, documents, templates, and other content connected to your organisation.

WhatsApp and third-party services

Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to Meta's applicable terms, policies, messaging limits, template rules, and business requirements. Wasap.ai does not control third-party availability, approvals, account restrictions, or policy changes.

Data and permissions

You confirm that you have the necessary authority, permissions, notices, and legal basis to process personal data and communicate with agents, applicants, and other contacts through the service. You retain ownership of your content and grant Wasap.ai permission to process it only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications; upload malicious content; interfere with security; access another organisation's data; or violate third-party rights or platform policies.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Wasap.ai disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security risks, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or third-party platform restrictions. You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.
